Typically, our Flying Eye Hospital staff commit to a one-year employment term. This means that Flying Eye Hospital positions generally become available only once a year, although some may become available more frequently because more than one person is employed in that capacity. Working on the Flying Eye Hospital requires travel up to 300+ days per year . Staff may be away from home up to three months at a time.
